Food for Thought: Edible Landscaping at The Brickhouse

Many big thanks to Zach Leonard from Elmore Roots Nursery for visiting The Brickhouse to share his edible landscaping wisdom. The class was part of Fresh Start Community Farm's "Over-winter Workshop Series" and gave everyone there lots of great ideas for varieties of plants you can include in and around your cold-climate garden for both aesthetic and nutritional value, from currants to fruit trees to nut trees to hardy kiwi plants to elderflower bushes to grapes and onward.
