Wake up! It's Spring!

It's hard to do anything totally new, but there's something to be said for doing something that's new to your community, in your community. So I wasn't totally surprised when I told people we were going to have a public pillow fight to celebrate waking up from Winter, and the reaction I got from more than one person was "Oh, they do that in New York...like thousands and thousands of people." Or, "Yeah, they do that in San Francisco, it's crazy. There's feathers all over the place." Maybe they do. They also do it in Newport, Vermont.
